Here’s what to expect at the Grey Cup game and events

And then there were two. The Eastern Champions Toronto Argonauts face the Western Champions and back-to-back Grey Cup winners the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the final game of the season. Gates open at 3:30 p.m. and kickoff is scheduled for 5:00 p.m.

Here’s everything you need to know about the tailgate parties and what you should expect entering Mosaic Stadium:

Capital Auto Outdoor Tailgate

Starting at noon and going until 5:00 p.m., this traditional tailgate is here to put you in the Grey Cup spirit! Featuring performances by Canadian rockers Toque and Saskatchewan’s own, The Steadies, this outdoor event offers food, beverages, warming stations, and fellow CFL fans all celebrating together. This event is free for anyone with a Grey Cup game ticket.

Dye & Durham Indoor Tailgate Party

Running at the same time as the Outdoor Tailgate (noon – 5:00 p.m.), the indoor tailgate offers something different compared to tradition. Saskatchewan’s very own, the Hunter Brothers, and Country music artist, Sacha get the party started as they join thousands of CFL fans to enjoy an afternoon filled with live entertainment and great food. Taking place in the Viterra International Trade Centre, this indoor party is sure to get you ready for the big game! This event costs $104.00 and tickets can still be purchased here.

Parking & Transportation

On game day, free shuttles run every 30 minutes from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and then continuously until 6:00 p.m.

Buses will start leaving Mosaic Stadium in the 4th quarter, with the last bus departing one hour after the game ends.

Shuttle pickup locations include:

  • Southland Mall (free park and ride option)
  • University of Regina (free park and ride option)
  • Two stops in Regina Downtown
  • Four stops in the Warehouse District (free park and ride option)
  • 27 Regina hotels

Parking on game day will be $35 and will be on a first come first serve basis. Access to game day parking will be available via the Lewvan entrance in the REAL District.

Clear Bag Policy

Each fan, including children, can bring in one clear bag sized 12” x 6” x 12” or smaller. Large purses, backpacks, and camera bags are prohibited. More details on the clear bag policy can be found here.

Dressing Appropriately  

With temperatures sure to be below 0 degrees on gameday, please dress appropriately. Layer up, wear a toque, and prepare to face cold winds and potential snow.

Gate Opening Time

Gates open at 3:30 p.m. with Kickoff at 5 p.m.

Harvard Lounge Offline

Access to the Harvard Lounge (located on the west side of the stadium) will not be available during the Grey Cup.

Warming Tent on East Side

Fans looking for a place to shelter from the cold and warm up during the game are in luck as a warming tent will be in place on the east side of the stadium.

*Please note there is limited capacity within the tent.

2022 Grey Cup 50/50 Presented by ISC

Tickets for the Saskatchewan Roughrider Foundation Grey Cup 50/50 are available for purchase until the end of the 4th quarter of the Grey Cup game! With the jackpot guaranteed to be a minimum of $500,000, you don’t want to miss out! Tickets can be purchased at the game or online.

No Re-entry

Guests that choose to leave the stadium will NOT be allowed to re-enter.
