Province launches Sustainable SK brand and website

The Government of Saskatchewan launched a new website and brand, which is set to highlight the province’s economic sustainability and environmental stewardship achievements.

Premier Scott Moe made the announcement at the 10th annual Grain Expo at Canadian Western Agribition.

“People wanted the Government and wanted the industry leaders to be more bold in telling the story about what we are actually doing in this province, not only in what we are producing and what we are providing to the world in the way of food, fuel, and fertilizer, but how we are producing those products.”

Moe said the brand is a way to spread the message the province is doing to people all over the world.

“It is to educate and inform not only our global customers in over 150 countries where we export products too but also to do our part informing our fellow Canadians on the high-quality products that we produce in Saskatchewan but just as importantly how we are producing those producing relative to the other areas of the world.”

Moe said that people would find the Sustainable SK brand in airports, tv and radio commercials, as well as other areas of advertising.
