Regina Pats forward Connor Bedard was among the 40 players that were named to compete in the 2023 Kubota CHL/NHL Top Prospects Game on Monday.
The Pats captain is currently at Canada’s World Junior Selection Camp in Moncton, New Brunswick. Bedard leads the WHL in points (64) goals (27) assists (37) and goals per game (0.96) this season. He is also in the midst of a 27 game point streak with the Pats.
19 players from the Western Hockey League (WHL) were selected to take part in the Top Prospects Game.
The Langley Events Centre will host the game on January 25 featuring players from the three leagues of the CHL.
