Regina man charged with break and enter

An alleged break and enter over the weekend has led to charges for a 45-year-old Regina man.
A caller just after noon Saturday said a man had entered a residence on the 5600 block of 11th Ave., and was carrying two hammers and a long handled ice scraper.
The man was confronted and then left but continued to wander on the private property.
Police arrived and located the man nearby.
Collin Dwayne Lowe is charged with break and enter. He made his first court appearance today on the charges.
