Regina man charged with distributing child pornography

Saskatchewan’s Internet Child Exploitation unit has charged a 35 year old Regina Man with child pornography offenses.

On November 8th members of the ICE unit launched an investigation into child pornography that was allegedly being uploaded to a social media program.

December 21st saw officers executing a search warrant at a home in Regina. Electronic devices at the scene were examined by officers and provided enough evidence of the offences for charges to be laid.

Carlin Stulberg is being charged with 1 count of possesion of child pronography and 1 count of distribution.

Saskatchewan’s ICE unit is a collaborative project between police services in Regina, Saskatoon, and Prince Albert in conjunction with the RCMP.

Operational since 2009 the unit is tasked with investigating crimes specific to the sexual exploitation of children on the internet and the prosecution of offenders.
