Saskatchewan’s Chief Coroner has called an inquest, to look into the death of man at the Regina Provincial Correctional Centre.
In August of 2020, 39 year old Vance Bellegarde was found unconcious in his cell. All efforts to revive him failed, and he was pronounced dead.
The inquest will open Monday, February 6th in Regina, and will run for the full week.
