Police have arrested a 39 year old man, after a break in in the east end.

Just before 3:00 am Sunday, police were called out to tthe 3500 Block of Quance Street, not far from Prince of Wales Drive.

Police searched the area, and made an arrest.

Gavin Linkiewich is making his first court appearance this morning.  He is charged with:

• Break and Enter/Commit Theft, s. 348(1)(b) CC;
• Theft under $5000, s. 334(b) CC;
• Possession of property obtained by a crime under $5000, s. 355(b) CC;
• Disguise with intent, s. 351(2) CC;
• Possession of Break In Instruments, s. 351(1) CC.
