The Canadian Football League (CFL) announced the Winter Edition of the CFL Scouting Bureau on Thursday.

Retaining the top overall spot is running back Chase Brown of Illinois. The second spot is occupied by Brown’s college teammate and brother Sydney who plays defensive back.

University of Regina Rams defensive end, Anthony Bennett cracked the list at the 13th spot. Last season, Bennett established a new school record in sacks (8) with the Rams.

The Bureau ranks the top 20 eligible prospects of the upcoming draft which will take place on May 2.
