Robyn Silvernagle’s rink played their final game of the Scotties Tournament of Hearts in Kamloops on Thursday.
They were defeated by PEI’s Suzanne Birt by a score of 7-6.
With the loss, Saskatchewan will finish the Scotties at 2-6.
In other matchups in the first draw of the day, Kerri Einarson’s Team Canada remains undefeated as they defeated Alberta’s Kayla Skrlik 9-8. Team Canada is 7-0.
Ontario’s Rachel Homan will be in the playoffs on Friday after she defeated New Brunswick’s Andrea Kelly 5-3. Joining Homan from Pool B in the playoffs will be Jennifer Jones of Manitoba and Krista McCarville from Northern Ontario.
In the other matchup from the first draw of the day, Wild Card #3 Meghan Walter beat Yukon’s Hailey Birnie 9-2.
There are still two draws remaining with the final two playoff spots in Pool A still to be determined.
Quebec’s Laurie St. Georges is 5-2, while Skrlik, Nova Scotia’s Christina Black, B.C.’s Clancy Grandy, and Wild Card #1 Kaitlyn Lawes are all at 4-2.
