Regina Police have cleared the scene after declaring a suspicious package was not an explosive.
Just before 11 am police were called about the package, in an alley near the 2100 Block of Osler Street.
Neighbours were informed, and told to stay inside while police investigated.
The Explosives Disposal Unit arrived, and a short time later declared the package was not harmful.
