Hockey Saskatchewan announces five teams in new U22 Female Junior Hockey League

 

Hockey Saskatchewan has announced the five teams that will compete in the inaugural season for the new U22 league for female players.

Regina along with Kindersley, Outlook, Lumsden and Southwest (Swift Current/Gull Lake) will compete in the new league.

The new U22 Female Junior Hockey league will begin operations for the 2023-24 season.

With the introduction of the Provincial Female Junior Hockey League, graduating Under-18 (U18) female players in Saskatchewan will have more opportunities to continue their hockey careers at a high level and pursue their dreams of playing at the university level.
