Regina police are asking people to be on the lookout for a wanted person who is unlawfully at large. .
27-year-old Cody Wayne Favel is 5-foot-8, about 160 pounds with medium complexion, black hair and brown eyes.
His tattoos include a teardrop on his right cheek and the word ‘Loyalty’ on his forehead.
