Roughriders announce “Theme Days” for this season

The snow is slowly retreating from the turf, and soon Rider fans will begin filing into the iconic Capital of Rider nation Mosaic Stadium.

As the team preps for the arrival of players for training camp in Saskatoon, the club has also been plotting out several “theme days” for the upcoming season.

It kicks off, literally, with the “Home Opener-Dads Day Out”.  With Father’s Day close, here is a chance to treat dad to a Rider game.  There will be “dad themed” giveaways and contests, plus the first five thousand dads in the stadium will get a special Roughriders hat.  Add on top of that Canadian rock legend Kim Mitchell who will be  taking to the stage at half-time.  Tickets for the home opener go on sale April 24th.
