Pats hire Kutnikoff as new Athletic Therapist

 

Andrew Kutnikoff has been hired as the Regina Pats Athletic Therapist.

The 31-year-old joins the Pats after spending the last four seasons with the Swift Current Broncos where he served as their Athletic Therapist and Equipment Manager from 2019-2021 before moving over to just Athletic Therapist from 2021-2023. He attended the University of Saskatchewan and received a Bachelor of Science Kin, Exercise and Sport Sciences in 2014 before attending the University of Winnipeg where he earned a Bachelor of Science Kin, Athletic Therapy. From 2016-2018, Kutnikoff did an internship with the Selkirk Steelers of the MJHL and later moved onto the Battlefords North Stars for the 2018-19 season where they won the SJHL Championship.

Brennan McConaghy, who was the team’s Athletic Therapist the past two months, will return to his duties with the Edmonton Elks for the upcoming Canadian Football League season.
