Rams Pelletier to take part in CFL QB Internship Program

University of Regina quarterback Noah Pelletier will be one of nine players that will be taking part in the Canadian Football League (CFL) QB Internship this month.

CFL rookie camps open May 10 with training camps set to kick off May 14.

The program, in existence since 2010, provides an opportunity for promising young pivots playing in Canada to develop their skills, participate in practices, attend team and positional meetings with CFL clubs, as they continue their journeys through amateur football.

Some of the past participants include Regina’s Noah Picton, Tre Ford (2018 MTL, 2019 HAM) and Michael O’Connor (2015 and 2016 BC, 2018 TOR).

In his first season as the Rams starting quarterback, Pelletier started eight games and had 1,691 passing yards which was third among Ram quarterbacks in their first year of eligibility.
