Total of 15 active wildfires in Saskatchewan

There are 15 active wildfires in Saskatchewan burning as of this morning.
Three fires are considered not contained – one each in the Ile a la Cross, Dorintosh, and Buffalo Narrows regions.
There have been 85 fires this year so far, which is nearly double the five year average of 45.

Over in Alberta, Premier Danielle Smith has declared a province-wide state of emergency over the wildfires there. Tens of thousands of people have been evacuated in that province.
