The Saskatchewan Roughriders made a couple of moves with their offensive line on Thursday.

Brandon Council agreed to terms with the green and white.

Council (6’4-328) joins the Roughriders after attending rookie minicamp with the New York Jets. He spent the past three seasons with the Auburn University (2020-22). As a member of the Tigers, Council played all five positions along the offensive line.

Prior to joining Auburn, the North Carolina native spent three seasons with the University of Akron.

In a corresponding move, the Roughriders announced they have released offensive lineman Jordan Tucker.
