Red Sox win shortened five inning game against Swift Current

Mother nature wiped out a good chunk of Wednesday night’s game  between the Red Sox and Swift Current 57’s,  but the rain held out long enough for the Red Sox to pick up a 3-0 win in five innings.

Catcher Christos Stefanos had a home run for Regina.

Cameron Hood pitched five shutout innings recording three strikeouts and allowing three hits for the Red Sox.

The Red Sox return to action on Thursday night at Currie Field when they meet the Moose Jaw Miller Express.
