Gasoline close to 50 cents cheaper in Regina than 1 year ago

Fuel prices have dropped by around 50 cents compared to prices a year ago. Currently, prices are 46.8 cents per liter lower than they were 12 months ago. However, there has been a slight increase of 1.1 cents per liter in the past month.

In Regina, the average retail price of gas has decreased by 0.6 cents per liter in the last week, averaging at 158.09 cents per liter.

According to petroleum analyst Patrick De Haan, the recent increase in fuel prices can be attributed to strong gasoline demand.
