A Saskatoon priest is set to face trial on charges of allegedly sexually assaulting a minor.

Rev. Janko Kolosnjaji has entered a plea of not guilty to the charges of sexual assault.

The alleged incident involves a 13-year-old girl and is said to have taken place at St. George Ukrainian Catholic Church on March 11th.

The trial has been scheduled for January 24th at Saskatoon Provincial Court.

Pending the outcome of the case, Rev. Kolosnjaji has been suspended from his pastoral and administrative responsibilities.
