Fatal crashes in two Saskatchewan communities over the weekend.
At about 12:45 a.m. Sunday, Yorkton RCMP received a report of a single vehicle rollover on Highway 47 south of Springside.
The 64-year-old male driver was taken to hospital where he was declared deceased. Two passengers were taken to hospital for further assessment.
And at about 4:10 a.m. Sunday, Gravelbourg RCMP received a report of a single vehicle collision on Highway 58 south of Gravelbourg.
A 20-year-old male occupant was declared deceased on the scene. Two other vehicle occupants were taken to hospital for further assessment.
The investigation is ongoing in both crashes with the assistance of the RCMP Collision Reconstructionist and the Saskatchewan Coroner’s Service.
