Riders QB Harris and O-Line earn PFF Honours

 

 

Saskatchewan Roughriders quarterback Trevor Harris, and the green and white offensive line were among the players named to the Canadian Football League (CFL) Week 5 Honour Roll powered by Pro Football Focus (PFF).

Each week, the highest individual Player Grades on offence and defence, as well as the highest graded offensive line, will be recognized in the CFL Honour Roll. The best individual performers by Player Grade from each of the nine position.

In the Roughriders 12-11 victory over Edmonton, Harris had 292 passing yards with a touchdown and an interception. The quarterback added 13 yards on the ground. For his efforts, Harris received a PFF grade of 85.5. PFF ranked Harris performance against the Elks as the sixth best grade by a positional player in 2023.

The offensive line earned a PFF grade of 75.7, individually the top three players in the group, right tackle Colin Kelly at 68.6, right guard Logan Ferland 63.6, left Brandon Council 63.1.

Receiver Mitch Picton was also included on the Week 5 Honour Roll with four catches for 76 receiving yards and a touchdown last week in the Roughriders win with a grade of 75.0.
