Police open death investigation after injured man found on city’s east side

The Regina Police Service is opening up a death investigation after a seriously injured adult male, who later died, was found late last night in the 1400 block of Rupert Street.
Officers were dispatched just after 11 last night for the report of an injured adult male in a home on Rupert Street on the city’s east side.
When they found the man, life saving attempts were made by police and EMS. The male was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police secured the scene and requested the coroner and initial police services.
Police say there are no further details.
