Red Sox losing streak extends to three with loss to Weyburn

A 7-0 deficit after two innings proved to be too much for the Regina Red Sox (20-28) as they were defeated by the Weyburn Beavers 9-6.

After sweeping a doubleheader against Moose Jaw on Sunday, the Red Sox have now lost their last three games.

Local product Zander Oudie-Senger had an impressive night in relief, the righty tossed six innings allowed one run on five hits and recorded seven strikeouts.

Ryan Muizelaar and Brayden Mayencourt each had a home run and a double for Weyburn.

The Red Sox will close out their homestand tonight with another matchup at Currie Field. Opening pitch is 7:05
