The host North Regina Little League pulled off a dramatic 3-2 win against Mirabel, Quebec on Wednesday and will now play in the Canadian Little League Championship Final.
Trailing 2-1 in their final at-bat, the host team scored a pair of runs to pick up the win. Bryden Nerberg drove in the game-winning run with a single in the bottom of the 6th inning.
Jaxon Weir nearly went the distance for North Regina, lasting 5.2 innings.
Both runs from the Quebec came back in the first inning when Nathan Mallette hit a home run.
North Regina will now face the Little Mountain (BC) in the Championship final.
First pitch of the championship final is set for 12:00.
