It will be a packed house on Sunday when the Saskatchewan Roughriders host the Winnipeg Blue Bombers for the 58th Labour Day Classic.
On Friday, the Roughriders that this weekend’s contest against their prairie rivals has sold out.
In a release, President and C.E.O Craig Reynolds said, ” “The atmosphere at Mosaic Stadium on Labour Day is a thrilling, one-of-a-kind experience, and that atmosphere is created by the boisterous cheers of Rider Nation,” he added, ““We are excited to have Mosaic Stadium filled to the brim, and I know our players will feed off the energy of our fans when they go head-to-head with the Bombers on Sunday.”
Festivities for the Labour Day Classic begins on Saturday with the Roughriders Fan Day beginning at 11:00 at Mosaic Stadium. The players will take to the west concourse following practice (12:45).
