Changes in the Roughriders secondary for Friday’s matchup in BC

The Saskatchewan Roughriders have released the depth chart for Friday’s matchup against the BC Lions.

Safety Jayden Dalke returns to the starting lineup after missing the last three games with a knee injury.

With Dalke back at safety, Derrick Moncrief will shift to halfback. He will take the spot vacated by Trumaine Washington (finger).

Centre Peter Godber (knee) will start after being listed as questionable on Wednesday.

DE Christian Albright is going to make his first career start for Saskatchewan after his two-sack performance last week in Ottawa.

LB T.J. Brunson returns to the lineup after missing the last two games.

RB Jamal Morrow (knee) will miss this week’s game allowing Frankie Hickson to make his second straight start.

DL Anthony Lanier II is out this week (hip). Global DL Habakkuk Baldonado will make his first appearance on the roster after joining the green and white earlier this month.

DB Godfrey Onyeka will also make play in his first game of the 2023 season.
