Changes to the Roughriders defence ahead of crucial contest in Calgary

The Saskatchewan Roughriders have released their depth chart for Friday’s game in Calgary against the Stampeders.

Trumaine Washington starts at CB, replacing William Poole III who was released by the team this week.

DE Bryan Cox Jr. returns to the lineup and will serve as a Designated American. Cox Jr. has been out since Week 6. Saskatchewan is dressing nine defensive linemen. Demarcus Christmas is back on the roster as another Designated American.

LB Micah Teitz will start after he was a backup last week against Hamilton. LB T.J. Brunson (neck) will miss this week’s game.

Former member of the Alabama Crimson Tide, LB Jaylen Moody will make his debut as a Designated American.

LB Derrick Moncrief (shoulder/neck) will miss tomorrow’s game.

Coverage of tomorrow’s game begins at 4:30 on 620 CKRM with Countdown to Kickoff, Michael Ball and Luc Mullinder will have the opening kickoff at 7:30.
