A Moose Jaw residence on the 1100 block of Duffield Crescent was the scene of an execution of a warrant by Moose Jaw police Wednesday afternoon.  

Police seized 110,000 cigarettes, six firearms, over $52,000 in currency and a small amount of cocaine.

David Gillis, 46, is charged with unauthorized possession of a firearm, possession of the proceeds of crime over $5,000 and possession of unstamped tobacco under the Tobacco Tax act. He’ll face these charges in Moose Jaw provincial court January 15th, 2024.

Byron Glover, 55, has Tobacco Act charges as well. He’ll make his first appearance in provincial court December 18.
