A break and enter occurred Wednesday at three in the morning. The target of the B&E was unique – Regina city police headquarters.

A man had smashed through the front windows of HQ Police found him in the lobby.

Police arrested the man – he resisted and sustained injuries to his arm.

The 51 year old was taken to hospital and treated for his injuries.

Due to the man’s injury the Serious incident response team is investigating the matter alongside RPS.

Charges against the man are pending.
