While other cities across Canada and the world have seen heated rallies and impromptu protests in regards to the Israel-Hamas conflict, the Regina Police Service said there hasn’t been any direct threats or rallies planned in the Queen City.

The RPS said they are engaged in an ongoing dialogue with community partners and faith communities.

They said they have proactively increased police presence near places of worship and will continue to work hard to ensure all people’s safety in the community.
