The University of Regina Rams will finish their season this afternoon on home turf when they host their provincial rivals, the University of Saskatchewan Huskies.

Regina is coming off a 31-20 loss to the UBC Thunderbirds last week and have been eliminated from the post-season.

The Rams will have the chance to play spoiler, as the Huskies still have a chance to host a playoff game. They need a win over the Rams along with an Alberta win over UBC on Saturday afternoon.

Before this afternoon’s game, the program will honour it’s 5th year players, OL Maguire Abell, DL Cody Ellingson, K Aldo Galvan, OL Matthew Hajewich, SB Bennett Stusek, LB Brayden Wagg, and LB Josh White. They team will also recognize players who have U SPORTS eligibility but are likely leaving the team, DB Gowrishan Aravinthan, OL Zach Eltom, LB Cameron Mah, QB Bryden O’Flaherty, and OL Connor Taylor.
