Walking in a whisky wonderland (audio)

Whisky enthusiasts will be able to walk across the globe tonight (Nov 3rd) and not even leave Regina! The Conexus Arts Centre will be holding their annual International Whisky night featuring hundreds of whisky’s from across the world and locally.

“We have Canadian, American, Irish, Scottish, we have a few from Japan as well, and a few local ones,” explained organizer Colette Perras.

In addition to sampling, event goers will be able to take in seminars to learn more about specific kinds of whisky and how they’re made.

“Our culinary team will be preparing a sumptuous array of food to go along with it and there’s no charge once you walk in the door,” stated Perras.

The ticket price for the even includes all whisky and food samples plus a discounted ride home from Co-op Taxi Service
