Regina is coming off a home and home set with the Saskatoon Blades, with the Pats earning a single point as a result of Wednesday’s 2-1 shootout loss at home.

Ewan Huet made 38 saves in the loss and was a big reason the Regiment earned the point. The netminder has made 30 saves over his last three games.

Jaxsin Vaughan scored his second goal of the season on Wednesday, which matched a career-high set last season (51 games).

Brandon dropped their last game in Moose Jaw against the Warriors 4-3.

So far in the 2023-24 regular season, the Pats have picked up victories in both encounters against the Wheat Kings, including an 7-6 OT win on opening night in Brandon and a 6-1 win on November 3.

Following Sunday’s game, the Pats will host the Edmonton Oil Kings on Wednesday in their final home game before their annual Agribition break, meaning no games at the Brandt Centre until Saturday, December 2.
