The Regina Police Service says that they have begun a homicide investigation after the discovery of a dead man in the 3000 block of 6th Avenue North.

On Friday at 10:33 p.m., officers were dispatched to a residence in the 3000 block of 6th Avenue North, where they found the body of a man, who was confirmed to be dead.

Police say at this time there are no other details to be released.
