Cold weather this morning has prompted school bus cancelations in many sections of the province.

In Regina All high school student transportation has been cancelled due to wind chill of -47.

Today is a professional day for all elementary students in the Regina Public School system and they have no school.

In the Regina Catholic School division all transportation is cancelled for the day.

In the Prairie Valley School Division the following communities have their bus service for the morning cancelled. But Busses are expected to run in the afternoon.

The following schools do not have bus service in the morning, but schools are open:

• Qu’Appelle
• Regina Beach
• Sedley
• Southey
• Vibank
• White City
• Wolseley

Buses will be operating in the rest of the school division as usual.
