Get Ready for 10 days of Frosty Fun in Regina!

Frost Regina is set to return another year! The annual festival presented by Federated Cooperatives is set to take place January 26th, to February 4th in Regina.

This marks the 3rd year for winter festival – following a successful 2023. It’s been touted as “one of the best winter festivals in Canada” by the Globe and Mail.

This year all 4 city-wide hubs return for the 2024 edition of the festival including activities at Wascana, the Warehouse District, REAL, and Regina’s Downtown.

This year Frost will see some incredible LIVE entertainment taking place with Queen City Pride presenting the “Snow Queen Ball” – an event that will see Saskatchewan Drag performers, and International Star of Rupaul’s Drag Race Denali taking the stage February 3rd at the Docks. Tickets for the event are available here. Fans will also have a chance to skate with the drag superstar at the warehouse District Skating Loop – that event taking place at 1pm February 3rd.

Other live performances will be taking place at the various hubs through out the festival.

Glow will be back a the REAL district this year presented by Sasktel. The captivating light display will have the theme of fairy tale magic this year. Atendees can wander through the enchanted forest, find the magic pumpkin carriage and ride the train. Your all inclusive pass for the festival allows access to all indoor programming at the REAL DISTRICT.

The opening and closing ceremonies are sure to be major draws for this year – opening ceremonies are set to take place on Friday January 26th, at 5:30 pm on Pat Fiacco Plaza in Downtown Regina. The closing ceremonies will see a massive fireworks display on February 4th in Confederation Park at the REAL DISTRICT. The Fireworks will be taking place at 7pm. Admission for both the opening and closing ceremonies is free.

Last year FROST saw attendance of more than 80,000 people, with organizers hoping for close to 100,000 attendees this year.
