A courageous rescue unfolded when Regina’s fire crews rushed to a 3-story apartment fire on Centennial St. around 5 pm yesterday.

One resident was rescued by fire crews and taken to the hospital by Regina EMS. The extent of that persons injuries have not been released.

All other residents were able to escape the fire – and fire fighters were able to bring the fire under control.

The cause of the fire is now under investigation.
