Riders DL Charbel Dabire extends stay in Saskatchewan for another season

The Saskatchewan Roughriders have signed National Defensive Lineman Charbel Dabire to a one-year contract extension.

Dabire (6’1-290) enjoyed a career season in 2023, 13 defensive tackles and two sacks, while adding two tackles on special teams.

He has spent the four seasons in Saskatchewan, has played 55 career regular season-games and three playoff games.

The 27-year-old was drafted by the Roughriders in the 5th round of the 2019.

Prior to joining Saskatchewan, Dabire spent three seasons at Wagner was named a team captain in 2018.
