“I’ve been telling Mila (Kissel’s daughter), who just turned 8 on Wednesday, that the great era of country music was the 90’s. Trisha Yearwood, Patty Loveless, Terri Clark, Reba McEntire, Shania, and the list goes on. We’ve been listening to so many great, great songs and just love that she’s loving country music as much as her old man,” smiled Kissel.

Kissel has been out on the road already with tour, having covered BC and Alberta. Starting on February 2nd in Regina he’ll continue on with the tour which will take him to Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick. The tour will wrap up on April 8th.

“The best part about it is I get to do it with my family. My wife and my kids will come out on the road and on the bus and we’ll make a lot of great members as we head east from the farm in Alberta,” Kissel said.

Some tickets remain for his show at the Conexus Arts Centre in Regina.
