A special donut for “Special Olympians” is available for a limited time at Tim Horton’s.

Until Sunday, you can pick up this doughnut at Tim Horton’s with 100 percent of the proceeds going to the Special Olympics and their programming in Saskatchewan and across the country.

“We have done this now for a few years” says Bre Eberle, Marketing and Development Co-ordinator at Special Olympics Saskatchewan.

“Its gotten so big and so popular. When we first started doing it, it wasn’t as well known” Eberle explains, “And now, that we have done this for a few years, everyone knows our doughnuts will coming out every February”.

Its a chocolate doughnut with icing, sprinkles and whipped cream filling in the doughnut hole.

Its available only until Sunday February 4th.
