The Highway #1 westbound lane in Moose Jaw between the Manitoba Expressway and Thatcher Drive East has been reopened following a single-vehicle accident on Thursday morning.

At approximately 9:16 a.m. today, Moose Jaw Police responded to a collision involving someone trapped under a vehicle on Highway #1 near Lakeview Road.

Once on the scene, police determined it was a single-vehicle accident with an individual being struck by the vehicle.

The individual was transported by EMS to the Dr. F.H. Wigmore Regional Hospital with serious injuries. At this time, the individual’s condition is unknown.
This accident is still under investigation.
