Just before one o’clock this afternoon, a fire broke out in a home in the 100 block of Garnet Steet.

Crews made a quick entry and had the fire under control in five minutes. No one was injured, and fire fighters have since cleared the scene. A fire investigator will be tasked with looking into the cause of the fire.
