Saskatoon Police launch investigation after body found in recycling facility

The Saskatoon Police Service and the Saskatchewan Coroners Service have launched an investigation after the body of a dead woman was found at a recycling facility Friday morning.

An early investigation from police suggests the body was transported to the facility in a bin that was to be emptied.

It was at 10:00 a.m. this morning that police received a report of a body being found at a recycling facility.

The death is not believed to be suspicious in nature; however, members of the Major Crime Section and Saskatchewan Coroners Service are continuing to investigate.
