GX94 News has learned Ernst and Young out of Edmonton will be the receiver.
The decision puts about eighty people out of work.
Leon’s was born in Bankend, Saskatchewan in 1952.
It built farm implements like dozer blades and front-end loaders.
Ramrod Equipment built items like skid steer loader attachments.
