The makers of Oreo cookies have fostered numerous pop culture partnerships over the years from Star Wars cookies to Coca-Cola cookies. It’s not uncommon for artists to team up with Oreo including Lady Gaga and, most recently, Post Malone.

Pop artist turned country singer Post Malone helped Oreo unveil a new cookie which features a mixture of salted caramel with shortbread crème squished between a chocolate cookie and a golden Oreo cookie. Over the years Malone has collaborated with Bud Light, Crocs, and even Doritos, but this is the first time he’s teamed up with a cookie company.
Each package will feature a number of different designs on the cookies celebrating Malone’s music career. Among the nine cookie imprints are a sawblade, a butterfly, a vinyl record, and a guitar pick.
The Post Malone Oreo cookies will go on sale starting February 3rd in stores across Canada and the United States, however they will only be available for a limited time and pre-orders will be accepted at the end of January on the Oreo cookies website.
620 CKRM’s Good Morning Saskatchewan asked listeners if they could custom design their own Oreo cookie, what would it look like and taste like. One listener stated they wanted to make a chocolate Oreo cookie with a cherry cheesecake filling while another listener suggested Oreo team up with The Keg restuarant chain to make a “Billy Miner” Oreo.
