The big story of the week came from the Saskatchewan Crop Insurance Corporation, where it was announced funding for the 2025 Crop Insurance Program would continue. The Roundtable also discussed the Saskatchewan School Boards Association approved to distribute funds from Ag Canada, to support local school food programs and a call from the Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities to get provincial funding to clean up abandoned buildings and yard sites.
