Fentanyl production supplies among items seized in investigation

SASKATOON – Two men are facing charges following the conclusion of an investigation by the Saskatoon Police Service (SPS) Crime Reduction Team (CRT).

Just before 5 p.m. on May 21, two men, age 41 and 32, were arrested at a residence located in the 600 block of 9th Street East, and a search warrant was executed with the assistance of the Tactical Support Unit. The men were found inside the residence and are facing a total of five charges for possessing materials used to produce and/or traffic a controlled substance, possession of identity documents of another person, possession of forged documents, and weapons offences.

Both males were transported to SPS Detention and have been remanded pending their first court appearance on May 26.
