I don’t have to tell Roughrider fans to dust off their best jersey or Rider gear, it is worn 365 days of the year. No matter where you go there is a flash of green and white repping the team. Each year around January or February, fans will start the comment, “Is it May / June yet”. Players. Coaches. Fans. We all feel the same, “let’s get the show on the road”.
Pre-season wraps up with the Riders and Bombers at Mosaic Stadium tomorrow, May 30th. Many people may skip the game for weekend activities and for others it is a great time to re-settle into your section. Welcome new fans!! And for those who’ve been coming to home games for years, nice to see you.
