REGINA – Regina Police are seeking information on the whereabouts of a man unlawfully at large.
Police are looking for Dion Blind, 31 years old.
According to police, Blind is described as male, 5’11″, approximately 160 lbs. with a brush cut, with brown eyes. He also has a tattoo of an eagle on his right forearm.
